You will work with a range of customers over the phone, via email, and internally with operations and field engineering teams. You ll support order processing, issue resolution, and ensure a seamless service experience. All necessary training will be provided internally.

This role suits a candidate from a customer service background within a technical or trade counter environment.

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and internal channels
