Customer Service Advisor (Technical / Trades) – £32,000 + Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits Package

Location:

Shefford, Bedfordshire (Commutable from: Bedford, Sandy, Hitchin, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Milton Keynes)

You will work with a range of customers over the phone, via email, and internally with operations and field engineering teams. You’ll support order processing, issue resolution, and ensure a seamless service experience. All necessary training will be provided internally.

This role suits a candidate from a customer service background within a technical or trade counter environment.

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and internal channels
• Processing orders, providing technical and warranty support
• Maintaining records, reporting, and stock/inventory controls

• Customer service or sales experience
