Overview
🦊 We’re seeking to hire a Support Engineer at Novafox Ltd, a hybrid role based in the Home Counties. As our business grows, we are looking to appoint an experienced Support Engineer to join our expanding team.
Novafox develops specialist software and hardware solutions for the ITAD and circular economy sector, including our Hydra network device data sanitisation platform and Novafox ERP workflow system. Our customers operate globally, and our solutions sit at the centre of their operational processes.
This is a technical, hands‑on role supporting real‑world deployments — not a scripted helpdesk position.
The Role- Technical support for Hydra and Novafox ERP
- Troubleshooting network switches, firmware and OS issues
- Supporting customer environments within ITAD and refurbishment operations
- Assisting with integrations and deployment support
- Working closely with our development team to resolve and refine
- ITAD / IT Lifecycle / Refurbishment environments
- Enterprise networking hardware (Cisco, Dell, Aruba or similar)
- Firmware and console‑level troubleshooting
- Customer‑facing technical support
An understanding of data sanitisation standards and compliance frameworks would be advantageous.
Location- Hybrid working
- Based in the Home Counties
- Occasional customer travel may be required
