Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm

Are you ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role in a thriving warehouse environment? Our client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for skilled Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Shefford.

• Work collaboratively to pick and dispatch orders to customers to a high-quality standard.
• Check incoming components for quantity and integrity, storing them in the correct locations.
• Support operations across multiple sites, including Bedford and other offsite storage locations.
• Perform a variety of warehouse tasks both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions (suitable clothing and PPE provided).
• Ensure all activities comply with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.
• Operate safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Take on additional duties and provide support to your team as needed.

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck and Reach Truck license (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Physical fitness with strong manual handling skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Basic IT and communication skills, with good attention to detail and numeracy.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required and to support operations at multiple locations.
• A full valid driving license.
