Warehouse Operative​/Forklift Driver

Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am2:00pm and 2:00pm10:00pm, you'll be joining a busy warehouse and logistics team where teamwork, safety and attention to detail are essential.

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks to move and organise stock
• Receive and inspect incoming goods, identifying any damage or discrepancies
• Move, organise and store products safely within the warehouse
• Complete relevant warehouse paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Work towards individual and team productivity targets
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including correct use of PPE
• Support the wider warehouse team with additional duties as required

• Valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Truck licence is essential
• Previous experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Confident operating forklift trucks and handling warehouse stock
• Good attention to detail and basic numerical skills
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
• Happy working outdoors in varying weather conditions when required
• Basic IT skills and ability to complete warehouse documentation
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Able to work rotating shifts of 6:00am2:00pm and 2:00pm10:00pm
• Full valid driving licence

• £26,719 starting salary
