This role reports directly to the Director of Care and plays a vital part in ensuring the wellbeing of residents. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will adhere to the College of Nurses of Ontario standards and Southbridge Care Homes policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor, report, and document vital signs and symptoms

• Implement remedial health measures when necessary

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings

• Uphold administrative policies and nursing standards

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience in long-term care is an asset
