Position: Full-Time Grocery Replenishment

As a key member of Sobeys, you'll support our mission to enhance customer experiences and foster community relationships. This role involves supervising staff, completing grocery orders, and merchandising within the Grocery Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Supervise grocery staff when Grocery Manager is unavailable

• Promote a culture of coaching and employee development

• Complete and prepare customer grocery orders

• Ensure grocery department sanitation standards are met

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 12 months experience in retail

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Good work ethic and multitasking skills
