About the roleThe Advisor & DPC Success Specialist provides day-to-day support to Planstin Individual's advisor and DPC partner network. This role supports advisor onboarding, communications, reporting, member transitions, and advisor and DPC inquiries.
The Specialist works closely with the Advisor & DPC Success Supervisor and internal teams to ensure advisors and DPC partners have the information, resources, and support they need to effectively serve their clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do- Support advisor contracting and onboarding, including collecting documentation and setting up advisor accounts in Hint, Zoho, and other systems.
- Respond to advisor questions and provide timely support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Escalate complex questions, concerns, or issues to the Advisor & DPC Success Supervisor.
- Develop positive relationships with advisors and DPC partners through regular communication and follow-up.
- Assist advisors with questions related to products, processes, enrollment, systems, and member support.
- Distribute advisor announcements, updates, resources, and other communications.
- Maintain advisor resources, training materials, and content within the Hub and other applicable platforms.
- Prepare recurring advisor and broker reports and pull enrollment and activity data from Hint, Zoho, and other systems.
- Assist with tracking advisor performance metrics, contest points, and incentive programs.
- Identify and communicate data discrepancies or unusual activity to the Supervisor.
- Assist with the weekly advisor commission process by pulling, organizing, and reviewing commission data.
- Assist with reconciling advisor accounts and identifying potential discrepancies.
- Prepare commission information for Supervisor review and respond to routine advisor questions.
- Assist with reviewing and preparing monthly DPC and Gold Care invoices.
- Maintain accurate records related to DPC accounts, invoices, and outstanding balances.
- Assist with payment follow-up and communicate financial concerns to the Supervisor.
- Assist with individual member migrations from group plans, including contacting members and gathering required information.
- Set up member accounts and complete required onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in advisor onboarding and training sessions.
- Assist with preparing training materials and educational resources.
- Participate in monthly advisor meetings, webinars, and other training events.
- Maintain accurate advisor, DPC, and member information in Hint, Zoho, and other applicable systems.
- Perform routine data quality checks and follow procedures for maintaining confidential information.
- Follow established processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the advisor/DPC experience.
- Communicate recurring issues and process improvement opportunities to the Supervisor.
