As our Store Manager
, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a positive, team-focused environment. You’ll work closely with the owner and team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain stunning displays, and oversee installations. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives on variety and creativity.

• Assist customers with buying decisions and provide outstanding service.
• Lead daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Train and support team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule and manage labor efficiently.
• Design and maintain pottery displays, lot appearance, and water features.
• Coordinate and oversee customer installations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering products.
• Address customer or team concerns professionally and respectfully.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

We’re searching for someone who brings:

• A strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Confidence in leading others and working as part of a team.
• A proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• An interest in plants, landscaping, or design.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform hands‑on tasks as needed.
• A valid driver’s license.
• At least 1-2 years of retail or supervisory experience
