CUSTOMER SERVICE / COUNTER ASSOCIATE

Provide friendly, professional service.
Process dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and specialty orders.
Tag, inspect, and accurately enter garment and customer information.
Explain services, pricing, promotions, and turnaround times.
Process payments and customer pickups accurately.
Address customer questions and concerns promptly.
Inspect garments for stains, damage, and special instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store.
Assist with opening/closing, inventory, and store displays.
Communicate garment concerns and quality issues to production staff.
Shift: Tues-Fri 12pm to 6pm & Sat 9am to 1pm. (Available to adjust start time if you want Full-Time)
Wage: $17 – $19 per hours (Experience Depending)
