Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve issues and elevate yield and first-pass quality.

Audit manufacturing processes routinely to uncover and prioritize improvements.

Build, track, and communicate quality metrics and trend reports.

Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards and regulations (including IATF‑16949).Coach and train production staff on inspection methods and quality best practices.

Own gage calibration systems and records; maintain a well-organized quality lab.

What you bring

3+ years of hands-on quality engineering or technician experience in metal parts manufacturing.

Working knowledge of SPC, Six Sigma methods, and lean tools.

Fluency with calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Experience with IATF‑16949 and related quality frameworks.

Analytical, data-driven problem solver with strong communication and teamwork skills.

CMM operation and programming experience is highly preferred.

Your toolkit in action
