At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician - CNC to work with a leading manufacturing company in Shelby Twp. This role is essential for supporting CNC operations by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure safe and efficient production.
Shift patterns- 1st shift: 7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday (May have some light OT during the week or Saturday)
- 25.00 - 33.00 USD hourly
- Must have CNC maintenance experience
- Must have own tools
- Must have experience repairing lathes, mills, and other workplace equipment
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic)
- Must have blueprint and schematic reading ability
- Must have preventive maintenance experience
- Must have knowledge of LOTO and safety protocols
- Experience with FANUC or Siemens interfaces
- Technical degree or certification in mechanical or electrical fields
- Experience with PLC-supported troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for operator and setup team coordination
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and adjust CNC machines to maintain peak performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules
- Support the maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including forklifts and overhead cranes
