Position SummaryThe Membership Concierge delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value‑based relationships that increase member loyalty and assist them in meeting their healthy way of life goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Operate as first point of contact for members and guests
- Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
- Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
- Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
- Assist members with transactions and general account changes
- Minimum of 6 months of service/reception experience
- Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Commitment to serve others
- Effective communication skills
Passion for living a healthy way of life - Ability to multi‑task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment
- Good verbal communication
- Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred
