Reliance One is hiring a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients. This position offers a full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity with competitive pay and benefits starting day one. The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure exceptional service and communication throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities- Manage RFQs, orders, and customer inquiries for house accounts.
- Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Shipping, Engineering, Sales) to meet customer needs.
- Monitor customer portals and provide timely updates.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and delivery tracking.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service abilities.
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Automotive or manufacturing experience.
- ERP/MRP system experience (JDE helpful).
- Office‑based with occasional manufacturing floor visits.
- Full‑time, 8–10 hours per day, Monday–Friday.
- Safety‑conscious and team‑oriented environment.
