• Perform a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.
• Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on client needs and skin type.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote retail products and services to enhance client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

• Valid state license in esthetics or cosmetology.
• Previous experience in a spa or salon setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best.
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive demeanor.
• Commitment to ongoing education and skill enhancement.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
