Overview

Position: Direct Care Worker

Employer: Integrated Living, Inc.

We are seeking full-time and part-time Direct Care Workers for a Licensed Group Home located in Shelby Township. The home houses 5 residents. The role is to provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment, support residents toward individual goals, address basic health needs, and transport residents to community outings and appointments.

• Provide a safe, secure, and healthy environment for residents with developmental disabilities.
• Work toward each resident’s goals and provide supports to achieve daily living and wellness objectives.
• Address basic health needs and monitor resident well-being.
• Transport residents to outings in the community and to appointments as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Training: MORC, WCLS, MCCMH & TTI preferred; willingness to train new staff
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License or State Identification Card

• Shifts:
  
  Mornings, Afternoons, Midnights, and Weekends
