Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides basic patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse. They assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, help with mobility and exercise, aid with medical procedures and treatments, monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff. The CNA also offers emotional support to patients and their families, maintains a clean and safe environment, and follows all healthcare regulations and protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state‑approved CNA training program
• Current CNA certification
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move patients
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
