We’re looking for an experienced Pipe & Wire Leader for our Machine Tool Integration & Installation team to lead the layout, installation, and modification of automated mechanical systems for advanced manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for supporting the Pipe fitters with leadership, training, and daily assignments.

$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

• 7+ years as a Senior Pipefitter, Journeyman’s card or Technical Certification preferred
• 3+ years as a supervisor or team leader preferred
• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements; weld systems knowledge a plus
• Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

This position operates in both an office and a shop/plant environment and may require working at multiple facilities depending on workload.

Regular on‑site at local Paslin locations (Hoover, 10‑Mile, or Cherry Creek). Typical schedule is 6:00 am–2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for extended hours, overtime, or weekend shifts during critical phases.

Employee must stand, walk, bend, and twist regularly; lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs occasionally. Safety‑sensitive role involving moving equipment and machinery.

Part of the site leadership team; will have direct reports.

Requires overnight travel to customer sites for up to 12 days at a time over multiple consecutive months, across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
