Work Schedule: Breaks include two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch period
Summer Hours (through September5)
Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday
6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the layout, assembly, and wiring of electrical control panels according to customer specifications and engineering documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Review build sheets, assembly drawings, and production documentation
- Assemble electrical panel plates, enclosures, and related components according to specifications
- Install electrical components, controllers, and hardware following engineering documentation
- Wire electrical assemblies using designated cable types, wire gauges, ferrules, tags, and identification methods
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and production requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals
- Follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school, vocational training, or electrical coursework is a plus
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and documentation
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Electrical assembly or manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with wiring techniques and electrical components
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
