The role supports the team leader in managing all aspects of the kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes while ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

• Open and close the kitchen as needed.
• Prepare various appetizers and entrees, keeping the kitchen and line fully stocked.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dish machine.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes into the dish machine; unload and organize them afterward.
• Empty trash containers and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties and maintain food prep stations and equipment.
• Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front‑of‑house staff.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team.
• Health and safety training credentials.
• Certification that meets local requirements.
• Flexibility with hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.

Pay
: $16‑$18/hr
