Overview

Our fast-paced Chicken Shack restaurant is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level cook to join our team. As a cook, you will assist in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, including our signature chicken dishes, sides, and sauces. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available.

• Assist with preparing and cooking a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient service

• No prior professional kitchen experience is required
• Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from others
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
