• Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts
• Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
• Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
• Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real‑estate sales agents
• Manage database and productivity reports
• Commit to skill development through education and script practice
• Become a real‑estate local expert
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

• Excellent rapport‑building skills and enthusiasm for working with people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional telephone skills
• Sales experience tracking to a quota
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and internalize scripts
• Team player
• Real‑estate license preferred
