Commercial Lines Account Manager – Shelby Township, MI

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, well‑organized, able to prioritize and work effectively with a team.

This is an in‑office position.

• Assisting in all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
• Contributing to various team meetings.
• Participating in day‑to‑day communication with clients proactively.
• Assisting clients with questions and issue resolution.
• Participating as a team member in a fast‑paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.

• College degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years experience with insurance license.
• Detail‑oriented and exceptional organizational and computer skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal, time‑management, analytical, written, verbal communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑starter, flexible, able to multi‑task and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
