Summary
The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by managing relationships with key enterprise clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record in managing large accounts. The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships, develop sales strategies, and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to meet the needs of our clients.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Lead negotiations and close high‑value contracts with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on results regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, with a demonstrated history of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
