Maintanance Supervisor Job Shelby area,North Carolina USA,Engineering

Large heavy industrial plant has an immediate need for a talented Maintenance Supervisor to join the team. The person will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians on the shift (Monday - Friday).

Key Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Well versed working with CMMS systems.
Ability to effectively lead the team.
Solid background in maintenance with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and come up with a plan of action.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with strong delegation skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities to quickly determine effective courses of action.
Experience identifying KPI's, analyze business data, etc.
Must be open to working occasional nights.
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly desireable.
