SAPA Transmission is seeking a Supplier Development Engineer to act as the technical bridge between Product/Design Engineering, Supply Chain and qualified U.S.
-based suppliers. You will ensure components are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet performance, quality, and delivery requirements for transmission components such as gears and splines.
You will guide supplier selection, qualification, and development, support process validation and PPAP, and help drive continuous improvement
