Responsibilities – As a Hospitality Manager, you will create a spirit of hospitality in the front‑of‑house, select and develop friendly and talented co‑workers, and lead the human and financial resources to achieve a profitable operation that “makes pleasurable dining affordable.” You will oversee the restaurant’s overall operations, including food quality, production, safety, and labor, in the absence of the General Manager and Kitchen Manager.

• Strong, stable work history and management experience in a high‑volume, casual dining or family‑style restaurant.
• Education and training typically associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion of Golden Corral’s comprehensive management training program.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
