This position is located at 1505 E Dixon Blvd. Shelby, NC 28152 and is being filled for various branches in the surrounding area.

• Competitive Compensation – 1st year annual compensation of $50,025 with an average 47 hour work week.

• Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful while getting out into the community and establishing essential relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while putting our customers first.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service and/or leadership/management experience.
• Leadership could include experience in organizations/club, volunteer work/community service, athletics or military service.
• Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must not have interviewed for the same position at any location in North Carolina within the past 12 months.
