Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide direct, one‑on‑one medical care to adult patients in patient homes in Shelby, NC and surrounding areas.

Starting at $29 per hour.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of adult patients primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care with other health professionals.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
