• Healthcare Setting: Progressive Care Unit (PCU), 32 beds
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 9/8/2025 – End: 12/6/2025)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 hours/week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
• Holiday Expectations: Work 75% of holidays
• Scrub Color: Navy
• Parking: Free on-site parking
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1680

• Active RN license (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 18 months of recent Progressive Care Unit RN experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Expertise in cardiac rhythm interpretation, cardiac gtt, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, blood product administration, wound care/dressing changes, and central line management
• Experience with EMR (EPIC), Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell medication dispensing, and Phillips monitors
• Ability to float within Cleveland, Kings Mountain, Lincoln, and Central Division facilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to PCU patients with CHF, dysrhythmia, chest pain, stroke, abdominal illnesses, respiratory illness, diabetes, AKI/CKD, ETOH withdrawal, and more
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 (occasionally 1:5 based on acuity)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including CNAs, charge nurses, phlebotomy, IV/VAT team, respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and intensivists
• Monitor telemetry at bedside and nurses station
• Float to regional healthcare facilities as needed
• Attend facility and unit orientation (NEO and 2 days departmental)
• Comply with scheduling cycles and approved time off policies
