Job Overview
Our franchise organization, Jax, LLC dba Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly individuals to join our team! In this entry‑level, hourly management position, you will be cross‑trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. You will work closely with the General and Associate Managers and complete a one‑year certification program comprising a series of modules designed to teach in‑store management skills.

Responsibilities- Cross‑train and perform tasks in all skill positions within the restaurant.
- Assist with ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.
- Collaborate with General and Associate Managers.
- Complete the one‑year certification program, including required modules.
- 1–2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high‑volume restaurant with a diversified menu offering.
- High school diploma or completion of related college coursework in hospitality or business preferred.
