We are currently seeking Key Team Leader (Key Holder) candidates. This position will hold keys to the store and be part of the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service (primary responsibility).
• Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Perform merchandising, operational, and administrative functions within the store.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics products required.
• Merchandising skills preferred.
• Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.
