Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Description: As a Utility Locator, you will conduct independent field work to locate underground utilities. You will use the company‑provided vehicle and advanced ticket and claim‑management systems to ensure accurate and complete mark‑out services. The role is full‑time, daytime with required overtime, weekend, and on‑call shifts.

• Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate underground utilities including telecommunications, electric power, cable TV, gas, water, and sewer systems.
• Thoroughly search designated areas, accurately mark locations, complete required documentation, and photograph each locate.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Computer proficiency.

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Physical ability to work in confined spaces, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to distinguish colors used to identify wiring and mark utilities.
• Ability to read, understand, and reference locate tickets, maps, and prints.
• Clear communication with colleagues, customers, contractors, and homeowners.
