Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the physician clinic with the supervision of the physician or Allied Health Provider (CNP/PA). Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the physician.

Required: Current Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Ohio. Current BLS certification.

Preferred: Two (2) or more years of previous experience in a physician office.
