We are seeking tutors for Anatomy and Physiology in the Columbus Service Area, which includes Columbus, Franklin, and Shelbyville. The role will be based in Shelbyville and will involve some Zoom tutoring. The goal is to provide individualized and group tutoring to help students become independent learners.

• Provide consistent availability for small group and one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Set and pursue specific objectives and goals with each student.
• Offer tutoring in Developmental and General Education courses as needed.
• Assist students in using computer software relevant to their courses.
• Guide students in utilizing software programs and supplemental materials.
• Encourage the development of study skills and college success techniques.
• Operate computers, printers, and other hardware.
• Work independently or collaboratively with other tutors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $15/hour

Schedule: Based on student needs and availability, up to 20 hours per week.

Minimum: Knowledge of the content area through coursework or experience; excellent communication skills; ability to work with diverse students.

Preferred: Degree in a related field with prior tutoring or teaching experience.
