Promotes an outgoing, friendly customer-oriented personality at all times. Provides basic security coverage ensuring that adequate protection is provided for the safety and assets of patrons, employees, and the company.

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time, able to climb steps, respond to emergency situations, and handle basic duties and responsibilities of the position.

May perform the Security Dispatch, Traffic Control or Shuttle functions if needed.

Bicycle officers must always be able to perform all the above physical requirements as well as demonstrate the ability to effectively control a 10-speed bicycle, by jumping curbs, riding between vehicles, climbing steep inclines, quickly getting on and off the bicycle, and successfully meeting the physical demands of the initial bike training/certification.

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Valid Motor Vehicle License with good driving record.

Bicycle officers must successfully complete the initial bike training/certification program.

Must be able to wear a radio earphone without any medical limitations.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsible for fostering a fun environment.

Responsible for being gracious to all guests and co-workers.

Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.

Ensures that behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards.

Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work in a smoking environment.

Access to general gaming floor.
