Up to a $2,000 Hiring Bonus.
Position SummaryThis full‑time licensed clinical therapist position provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults at a designated Aspire Outpatient Office. Duties include, but are not limited to: evaluations/assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention/emergency services, individual, family, and group therapy/counseling services, and substance abuse treatment.
Education / Experience- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education.
- Two (2) years’ experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations.
- Community Mental Health experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems and child welfare systems highly preferred.
- Must be recognized as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana.
- Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license preferred.
