The Patient Access Specialist is dedicated to providing the first impression for our patients, providers, and customers, contributing to a positive patient experience. The role coordinates patient flow from check‑in to check‑out, ensuring all information is complete and accurate to establish and maintain a patient record required for financial, clinical, and regulatory purposes.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in healthcare—preferably in a medical front‑office setting
• Intermediate computer skills with Google Suite (required)
• Previous insurance billing experience (preferred)
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience (preferred)
• Basic medical terminology knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) – a plus

Drug screen, TB test, and extensive background checks—including criminal history, sex offender registry search, state central registry check, education verification, and professional references—are required of all Aspire employees.
