This position features a hybrid model
, allowing you to work with patients both in the clinic and through scheduled home visits. RNs in this role support patients across Shelby County, IN.

• Providing hands‑on education about respiratory equipment
• Offering ongoing clinical guidance and support
• Helping patients confidently manage their care at home and during in‑clinical visits

• Part‑time schedule (30 hours per week)
• Hybrid split: home visits + in‑clinic appointments
• Meaningful, one‑on‑one patient interaction
• Non‑clinical role focused on education, equipment support, and care continuity
• No prior respiratory experience required—extensive training provided!

• Active Indiana RN license
• Strong communication and patient education skills
