AMG Specialty Hospital is aboutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional,high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICUstays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. As an employee-owned company

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical nursing team and delivers advanced nursing care.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate comprehensive care cycles for patientstransitioning from traditional ICUs.
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff, physicians, respiratorytherapists, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Works collaboratively to keep CCO & CEO apprised of situations of that may place hospital at risk.

Job Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: Prior nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU,Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred. Willing to trainself-motivated RNs passionate about critical care.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency inverbal and written English.
