Job Overview

White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is over 103 years old and is looking for friendly, fun and energetic Crew Managers. Our Crew Managers have previous food service or management experience and are caring, responsible and trustworthy leaders. You’ll be joining a Certified™ Great Place to Work® where your day‑to‑day tasks include organising shifts, handling cash, managing inventory, overseeing customer service and satisfaction, motivating and leading the team, working the cash register and drive‑thru, preparing orders, maintaining sanitation, working the fryer/griddle and more!

• Organise shift schedules
• Handle cash and operate the cash register and drive‑thru
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Oversee customer service and satisfaction
• Motivate and lead the crew
• Prepare orders, maintain sanitation, and manage fryer/griddle operations

• Competitive weekly pay. This position starts at the minimum rate listed in this job posting, with potential for higher earnings based on qualifications and experience.
• Annual Holiday Bonus (dependent on company financials)
• Pay Rate: $17.50 – $22.80 per hour
