. This role provides technical support to maintain safety and improve and optimize manufacturing operations and processes within a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include investigating process, quality, production efficiency, and high waste problems; developing solutions using problem‑solving techniques; training machine operators on new equipment installations, modifications, and new operating procedures; maintaining standard operating conditions; and collaborating with plant BPI resources and manufacturing supervisors to troubleshoot problems and develop corrective actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) with 3‑5 years of experience. Must have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; general knowledge of flexible packaging products; solid computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint); and strong knowledge of processes used to manufacture and convert flexible packaging.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41.00 - $52.00/hr.
