Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer based in Shelbyville, KY. The Project Engineer will be tasked with overseeing project execution, project planning, and resource management. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying project engineering principles, and supporting product development initiatives. The role entails working proactively to ensure projects meet quality, timelines, and budget expectations while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Project Management, Project Planning, and the ability to coordinate and execute tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Project Engineering concepts, methods, and implementation
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred)
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
