Position Overview

The CT Technologist performs computed tomography and diagnostic scans of designated anatomical areas following established practices and procedures. The technologist obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, addresses patient concerns, and maintains patient records and files. They perform general CT procedures and assist with CT-guided IVR procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education:

    Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology (required)
  • Licensure:
    Valid Kentucky Radiation Operator’s License (required)
  • Certification: ARRT certification (required), ARRT in Computed Tomography within one year of employment or transfer (required), BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
