Job Description

Represent clients within various Personal Injury cases
Handle all phases of litigation including drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files, handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Required work experience includes

2-5 years of litigation experience from the side of the Plaintiff in handling Personal Injury, Liability, and/or Nursing Home cases
Experienced in working with a mid-sized to a large law firm
Demonstrate an exceptional writing ability in reference to pleadings and depositions

Preferred skill/ experiences include

ACTIVE Bar membership in Indiana and Tennessee
First Chair experience

Required education/ licenses include

Juris Doctorate
ACTIVE Bar membership in Kentucky
