Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
- Plan and review, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes to meet company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
- Be accountable for site KPI performance.
- Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
- Hold regular meetings with team members to monitor progress, track performance, coach and recognize successes.
- Cultivate team spirit with diversity and inclusion initiatives and improve internal processes.
- Conduct performance evaluations and recommend awards or merit increases where appropriate.
- Address performance issues through corrective action and disciplinary processes.
- Understand labor agreements and maintain positive labor relations with all employees.
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Provide orientation for employees and lead hands, supplying necessary information and tools to perform their jobs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

The compensation offered may be influenced by factors such as experience, education, location, market data, internal equity and ranges. The position may be eligible for annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentives.
Pay Type:
Salaried. Minimum Pay Range: 58k. Maximum Pay Range: 62k.
