Wieland is hiring a Manufacturing Operator
. The Manufacturing Operator will operate the shred/sort equipment to ensure manufacturing lines run without interruptions. This role is located in Shelbyville, KY and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay: 23.50

Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour Shifts

Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Weekly

• Runs HMI to ensure the manufacturing line runs without interruptions.
• Safely operates mobile plant and equipment such as forklifts, yard sweepers, front-end loaders, skid steer, and Sengenbogen per applicable procedure.
• Directing Shred/Sort technicians to empty hoppers as needed.
• Load infeed hoppers.
• Print/apply rejected box labels and change out as needed.
• Check/Empty conveyor cleanout tubs.
• Take empty boxes/skids out.
• All other duties assigned during shifts.

• 3 + years of manufacturing experience.
• 3 + years of forklift experience.
• 1 + years of heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to calculate basic math to verify weights.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• High School Diploma.
• Positive Attitude.
• Excellent attendance.
