Base pay $23.00/hr – $30.00/hr

While beginning training to understand and operate CNC laser equipment, the employee will assist with setting up tools and equipment to operate CNC laser equipment. He or she must form/cut material as specified by work orders and blueprints and complete the necessary quality inspections of product. More experienced operators may perform independent setup following orientation and initial training.

• Assist with setup of machine, tooling, and fixtures.
• Use beginner’s knowledge of M&G code and make minor adjustments to meet production goals.
• Use appropriate measuring tools to assure required quality standards are met.
• Follow all verbal and written instructions pertaining to the operation of the CNC laser machine and related equipment as well as any other jobs assigned.
• Produce quality parts, including placement of raw material, assisting in the removal of parts and packing, and cutting parts by hand where applicable.
• Successfully complete all training, including RFC Academy (JIT, 5‑S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and Six Sigma, SPC), Basic Quality, Math, Blueprint Reading, and CNC trainee‑level courses as required.
• Use a working knowledge of computers including manufacturing software/business systems to create Work‑In‑Process or Finished Goods/Inventory Tickets; use set‑up charts, address rework/defective parts, complete end‑of‑shift paperwork, review route sheets, and understand tool storage/staging operations.
• Follow safety guidelines, handle parts, and practice general housekeeping.

Earning potential:
Trainee range is $23/hr, with opportunity for pay‑for‑skill promotions and time‑based adjustments. Apprentice at $24/hr;
Qualified $25.50/hr;
Certified $27.25/hr;
Master $30/hr.

We are currently seeking candidates for WE‑Nights.

WE/N: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Friday, Saturday & Sunday ($4.50/hr shift premium).

• One to three months of related experience and/or training: CNC machines, machine set‑up, metalworking, welding/fabrication.
• Computer skills required – ability to use manufacturing software and learn new programs.
• Able to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis.
• Able to work the assigned shift and overtime as needed.

• Consistent experience in a manufacturing setting with setup and machine operation or metal fabrication, including CNC equipment, part inspections, blueprint reading, and program adjustments.
• Strong work history with good longevity in previous roles.
