• Attend to residents' individual needs, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs; lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nursing management; ask appropriate questions.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

• At least one year of CNA experience in a long‑term care setting (highly preferred).
• Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Current state certification as a CNA.
• Pass a drug screening.
