- Attend to residents' individual needs, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
- Take and record vital signs; lift, move, and transport residents using proper body mechanics.
- Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nursing management; ask appropriate questions.
- Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
- Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.
- Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
- At least one year of CNA experience in a long‑term care setting (highly preferred).
- Graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
- Current state certification as a CNA.
- Pass a drug screening.
