HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible
-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMGNP). You’ll be part of a well-established practice within the Hospital Sisters Health System, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Position Requirements :  - Unrestricted Illinois license and DEA prior to start  - Board Certified  - 2+ years of provider work experience is strongly preferred.

** Education Qualifications
*** Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing PLUS 5 years relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
* Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
** Experience Qualifications
*** Experience in management of patients across the care continuum preferred.
** Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
*** Licensed in the state of practice as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse is required.
* Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (WDSPS) or
* Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
* Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
* Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
* Federal DEA license is preferred.
* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
